Side Dish – Fish
Lent went by, and so did Easter! My intention was to post a lot of vegetarian dishes all through Lent, favourites at home, and with Catholic friends. But!

Lots of fish around these days, here’s something that a colleague brought to the office. Yummm when she made it, I havent tried it myself yet.

DEEP SEA DELIGHT Serves 6

INGREDIENTS
2 medium sized (10 inch at least) shark fish
3 onions, finely chopped
4 green chillies, chopped
1 tsp powdered peppercorns
1/4 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp grated coconut
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup chopped coriander
Salt to taste
