INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. shrimp
1 can chopped clams, rinsed & drained
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
PREPARATION
When your choice of marinara sauce has been simmering about 10 minutes, add all the scallops, shrimp and clams.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, and let simmer for another 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot with garlic bread (Try this shortcut even if you can’t imagine making bread).
You can also serve this dish on a bed of pasta.
While so many studies into nutrition seem to contradict each other – this is one issue that seems certain. Breakfast is good!
