More junk?

Came across this rather shocking article based on something from the New England Journal of Medicine, April 2006, about the likelihood that some foodstuffs in the US and maybe other parts of the world that weren’t tested or mentioned, have way more ‘trans’-fats in them than in other parts of the world. Thought it was relevant in view of my earlier comments on junk food. I know people love to knock the market giants, but that isn’t what this is about.
