CAIPIROSKA

vodka
8 limes wedges
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup mint leaves chopped
Crush sugar into the lime wedges with a spoon. Place the lime wedges in the bottom of an 8 oz. glass.
Drop in the mint leaves and cover with crushed ice, fill almost half the glass with ice.
Pour into an old-fashioned glass with vodka, and bottoms up.
