This is a really flexible dip, something a little more interesting than just ketchup or Soya sauce

INGREDIENTS
1/2-cup ketchup
2 tbsp Soya sauce
2 tsp red chili powder
3 tsp mustard
½ tsp oregano
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup coriander, finely chopped

PREPARATION
Stir the mustard vigorously into ¼ cup water and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients into ½ cup luke-warm water and let them stand for at least 30 minutes.

This is flexible. Use any sauces you like, more or less chili, etc

Tip : Use the coriander only if you’re going to use up the entire quantity.
