CHICKEN CESAR SALAD Serves 8 as a side

For the Marinade
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp worcestarshire sauce
salt & pepper

For the Salad Dressing
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Also
3 heads Romaine lettuce
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Mix marinade ingredients. Place the chicken in a zipper bag, pour the marinade over chicken. Let sit at least 1/2 hour and up to three hours.

Grill chicken until juices run clear; timing varies with thickness of chicken. Approximately 5 – 8 minutes per side.

Wisk together salad dressing ingredients. Set aside.

Wash the lettuce, dry well and place in a salad bowl. Cut up grilled chicken, place on salad greens. Drizzle with salad dressing to taste.
